Rolfing ® Structural Integration is a type of bodywork that focuses on manipulating the body's connective tissues, or fascia, in order to improve posture, movement, and overall physical function. It was developed by Dr. Ida Rolf, a biochemist and trained osteopath.
The main goal of Rolfing is to help release tension and restrictions in the fascia that can cause pain, discomfort, and limited mobility. Rolfers use fascial manipulation, movement, education, and other techniques to help clients improve their alignment and physical balance.
Rolfing is often used to address a wide range of issues, including chronic pain, stiffness, and discomfort, as well as emotional and psychological issues related to the body.
Developed by Dr. Ida Rolf, The Ten Series is designed to address the body as a whole and takes a comprehensive approach to realigning and balancing the body's structure.
It allows a thorough and complete restructuring of the body, which can result in longer-lasting changes.
A personalized approach allows us to address any specific areas

Although structural goals may be similar, the same session may look very different for different clients based on structure, learned behaviors, and movement patterns. Each session and series is as unique as the person receiving it!
